3. Spinach: Zinc, Fiber, A, C, E, K, Folate, Calcium, Copper

Three Fruits:

1. Mango: Fiber, A, Potassium, Calcium.

3. Strawberry: C, Fiber, Folate, Potassium, Manganese.
